Armadale: So, here’s the scoop. Police are asking for help after a white Mercedes was stolen right from someone’s driveway on January 8, 2025. It happened around 6 PM on Baird Road.

The car, a Mercedes GLC 250D, was taken using keyless entry. It was loaded onto a white flatbed truck with black stripes on the bonnet. Pretty sneaky, right?

Witnesses spotted the flatbed truck in the area before the theft, and two guys in hi-viz jackets were seen hanging around. They drove off along Bridgecastle Road towards Armadale Cross.

A spokesperson from Police Scotland mentioned that even though it was dark, the area was still busy with traffic. They’re really hoping someone might remember seeing something odd.
