Plymouth’s new ice bath gym ready to open in the Barcode as date revealed

The grand opening is set for Saturday, February 1, but if you’re a founder member, you can sneak in early on January 25. The folks behind Trident Gym believe these ice baths and saunas will really boost Plymouth’s wellness scene, keeping up with the latest trends in the UK.

Trident Gym already has locations in Weston-super-Mare and Bridgwater, and this new spot will be in Unit 11 at The Barcode, right by the car park entrance. It’s been empty since the complex opened in 2019.
