Salisbury: So, there’s been a bunch of planning applications popping up this week. For starters, in Coombe Bissett, they’re looking to replace a conservatory at The Manor with a solid slate roof. They also want to remove an old porch and put in a new glazed structure.

Over in Downton, they’re planning to build a greenhouse at Waterside Mill. It’s a simple addition but could really spruce up the place.

In Salisbury itself, there’s a proposal to convert some retail units on Brown Street into residential spaces. Sounds like a good way to make use of those empty shops!

They’re also looking to change a former office on Windsor Road into a family home. It’s nice to see these spaces getting a new lease on life.

And if you’re in the mood for some home improvements, there’s a plan for a single-storey extension on Tollgate Road to create a new entrance lobby.

Lastly, in Tisbury, they want to convert some old rural buildings into a dwelling. It’s all about making the most of what’s already there.

So, lots of interesting changes coming up in Salisbury!
