Planning applications 6 January 2025

Leeds: Each week, we share the latest planning applications from the Leeds City Council. This week, we’ve got some interesting updates for you.

Starting from January 6, 2025, several applications were validated. For instance, there’s a proposal for a new shopfront and accessible parking at Crown Point Retail Park.

Another application is for a mixed-use space on South Brook Street, which will include offices and training facilities. Sounds like a busy spot!

There’s also a plan for some snazzy new lighting and painting at the Bingo Hall on Balm Road. It’s all about sprucing things up!

And if you’re into electric vehicles, Fairway Court is looking to add 22 EV charging bays. That’s a great step for sustainability!

Lastly, there’s a change of use for an office space on Marshall Street to make it residential. They’re even adding new windows and a balcony.
