Philadelphia: This is a tough blow for the 76ers. Jared McCain, who’s been lighting it up this season, is now sidelined.

After last night’s game against Indiana, he felt some soreness in his left knee. An MRI showed a lateral meniscus tear, and now he needs surgery. So, he’s out for an unknown period.

McCain has been a key player off the bench, and with him out, it looks like Lowry will step up. Eric Gordon might also get a shot to play more.

To make matters worse, Joel Embiid also got hurt in that same game. He took a hit to the face and has a sinus fracture, so he’ll be missing some time too.

It’s just a rough patch for McCain, and honestly, the NBA feels a bit less exciting without him on the court.
