Tenby: A popular attraction in Pembrokeshire is now up for grabs. The Dinosaur Park, which has been a family-run business since 1994, is officially on the market.

Christie & Co is handling the sale, and it’s the first time the park has been listed due to the owners retiring. It’s a big deal since they’ve put so much love into it over the years.

The park features 36 rides and activities, plus over 90 dinosaurs! There’s even a woodland trail and a guided walking safari to see the animatronic creatures up close.

It’s not just about the dinosaurs, though. The park has soft play areas, a family fun house, virtual reality experiences, and places to grab a bite to eat. It’s a real family-friendly spot.

Every year, more than 60,000 visitors come through the gates, and around 650 families hold season tickets. It’s a go-to for family outings and school trips, too.

Gabriela Williams from Christie & Co is excited about the sale. She mentioned that this is a fantastic chance to own a profitable leisure business. The park has grown a lot over the past 30 years, and there’s still room for more development.

Potential buyers can either run it themselves or hire a manager to take care of daily operations. Plus, there’s an option to buy 120 acres of land nearby and a three-bedroom bungalow.

The asking price for The Dinosaur Park is £4.5 million, and it’s located just 2.5 miles from Tenby, a hotspot for tourists. If you’re interested, check out the Christie & Co website for more details.
