Kansas City: So, the Chiefs are in a bit of a pickle this week. Coach Andy Reid mentioned that they’ll be resting some starters for the game against the Broncos. And guess what? The injury report shows just that.

Patrick Mahomes is dealing with an ankle issue, while Chris Jones has a calf problem. Cornerback Trent McDuffie is also on the doubtful list with a knee injury. Plus, a bunch of other players like Travis Kelce and Nick Bolton are doubtful too, but that’s more of a coach’s call.

Reid also pointed out that Isiah Pacheco and Jawaan Taylor are out for the game. With so many players uncertain, it’s possible some might still be active on Sunday, even if they don’t play.

On the flip side, receiver Mecole Hardman and cornerback Jaylen Watson are both out after coming back from injured reserve. But there’s some good news too: D.J. Humphries, Mike Pennel, Chamarri Conner, Nikko Remigio, and Christian Roland-Wallace are off the injury report and should be good to go.
