Ealing Broadway: So, there was this wild incident at Ealing Broadway station in London. A passenger got their hand stuck in the door of a train just as it was about to leave.

This happened around midnight on November 24. The poor person had to run alongside the train for a bit until a staff member managed to pull them away. Talk about a close call!

Luckily, they only suffered minor injuries. But it’s pretty alarming, right? The Rail Accident Investigation Branch is looking into what went wrong and how to prevent this from happening again.

It turns out this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. There have been several similar incidents at different stations over the years. It really makes you think about safety when boarding trains.

The Elizabeth line, which operates these services, is under a concession from Transport for London. Both organizations have been asked for comments on this situation.
