Birmingham: So, guess what? Skechers, that shoe store in the Bullring, has shut its doors for a bit. They’ve been there since the mall opened back in 2003, but now they’re taking some time to revamp their space.

You’ll see hoarding up around the shop, and it’s got a message saying they’ll be back with something “bigger and better.” Sounds exciting, right? The Bullring folks mentioned that Skechers is really investing in the city with this move.

They told BirminghamLive that they’re looking forward to sharing more details as the reopening gets closer. But for now, we’re all left guessing what the new store will look like.

Interestingly, this closure comes at a time when other shops in the Bullring are also shutting down. Just recently, Endura Roses announced it was closing its store, and Police, which was right across from Skechers, has also moved out.

On the lower level, another store called Hanok is also set to close soon. It’s a bit of a shake-up in the shopping center, but hopefully, Skechers will come back with a fresh vibe.

While we wait for more info on the new Skechers store, they’re still promoting their popular collections like Skechers GoWalk and Skechers Performance on the hoarding. We’ll keep you posted on what’s next!
