North Yorkshire and County Durham Farms Shine at National Awards
North Yorkshire’s Stockeld Park and County Durham’s Hall Hill Farm excelled at the awards, showcasing the best in farm attractions.

Blackpool: The awards ceremony took place at Winter Gardens on January 29. It celebrated the best farm attractions in Britain.
Nine categories were judged, with winners recognized as leaders in their field. North Yorkshire’s Stockeld Park received high commendation, while County Durham’s Hall Hill Farm won an award.
Tom Pearcy, chair of NFAN, expressed joy in celebrating the nation’s top farm attractions. He noted that the winners truly deserve this recognition.
This annual event is part of NFAN’s three-day conference. It allows industry leaders to share ideas on marketing, animal welfare, and leadership.
The event also highlights the best suppliers in the industry. Scottish comedian Jim Smith hosted the awards evening, which was a major highlight.
Jim Smith, a working farmer, emphasized the importance of supporting diversification in farming. He praised NFAN members for providing unique experiences to visitors.
Stockeld Park was highly commended in the ‘Best Retail’ category, with Godstone Farm winning first place. Hall Hill Farm won the ‘Jim Keetch Large Farm Attraction of the Year’ award.
They were recognized for delivering memorable experiences and excellent service. Other winners included Cannon Hall Farm, which won ‘Best Digital Presence’.
William’s Den in East Yorkshire took home both the ‘Best Food and Beverage’ and ‘Jim Keetch Small Farm Attraction of the Year’ awards.
The NFAN consists of nearly 300 members from the farm and rural attractions industry. The annual awards event celebrates those who excel in their field.
