Night Prowlers Target Wrights Pie Shop and Nearby Butchers in Tunstall
A pie shop in Tunstall was broken into overnight, with suspects fleeing the scene. This incident follows a similar burglary at a nearby butcher’s shop just days earlier.

The shop is located on Tower Square. After the break-in, the suspects ran towards Forster Street. This incident follows another burglary at Millers Quality Butchers nearby. They lost about £2,000 worth of meat over the weekend.
Forensic teams have been to both locations. They hope to find clues to catch the culprits. A police spokesperson confirmed they were called to Wrights at 6 AM after a passerby reported the damage.
