Los Angeles: Nicole Kidman recently opened up about her daughters not wanting to see her in the new movie Babygirl. She said they find the sex scenes pretty embarrassing.

In the film, Nicole plays a CEO named Romy who gets involved with a younger intern, Samuel. The movie dives into their intense relationship, featuring some pretty steamy moments.

While her co-star Harris Dickinson mentioned that his family is okay with intimate scenes, Nicole made it clear that her girls, Sunday and Faith, are not interested at all. She said, “Well, my daughters aren’t seeing it.”

She added that they’ve made it clear they don’t want to see her in those kinds of scenes. It’s understandable, right? No one wants to watch their mom in such situations!

Nicole usually watches her scenes while filming, but she admitted she felt too shy to do that for this movie. At the film’s premiere, she even covered her face during some of the racier parts.

She recalled feeling embarrassed and hiding her face in her director’s chest at one point. It’s tough to see yourself in those moments, especially when they’re so personal.

Interestingly, Nicole mentioned that while filming, she felt so in the moment that it was almost overwhelming. She joked about needing to take a break because it was all too much!

Harris, her younger co-star, also had his doubts about doing the film. He was worried about how it would turn out, given that some similar films haven’t been great. But he trusted the director, Halina Reijn, to guide them through it.

Halina had a fun way of easing the tension during filming. Whenever they felt awkward, she encouraged them to laugh and remember it was all just acting. That’s a good way to keep things light!
