New Footage Shows Missing Hungarian Twins at the Same Bridge
New CCTV footage reveals the last known movements of the missing twins in Scotland, raising concerns for their safety

Aberdeen: So, there’s this new footage that shows Eliza and Henrietta, the missing twins, at Victoria Bridge. They were spotted around 2:50 PM on January 6. It’s a bit eerie, right?
The CCTV shows them hanging out at the footpath for about five minutes. But here’s the thing—they didn’t talk to anyone else. After that, they headed through the city center, passing by the Union Square shopping center, and then back to their flat.
Police think they didn’t leave their flat again until they were last seen at the River Dee early the next morning. It’s all a bit mysterious.
Interestingly, a text was sent from Henrietta’s phone to their landlady, saying they wouldn’t be back. After that, the phone went silent, and the landlady got worried when she found their stuff still in the flat.
When they were seen on CCTV, both girls had rucksacks. The police are asking anyone who might have seen them to reach out. They’re pretty sure there’s no foul play involved, though.
Superintendent David Howieson mentioned they’re going through tons of CCTV footage to track the sisters’ movements. They were definitely at the River Dee at that time, but they didn’t interact with anyone.
He’s urging people to think back and see if they noticed anyone who looked like the twins. After they got home, it seems they didn’t leave again until just before they were last seen.
Searches are mainly focused on the River Dee, and they’re bringing in more specialized units to help out. The public has been really helpful, and the police are grateful for all the tips.
They’re also keeping in touch with the twins’ family back in Hungary, providing support during this tough time. The search will keep going, and they’re doing everything they can to find Eliza and Henrietta.
If anyone has any info, they should call Police Scotland at 101 and mention incident number 0735 from January 7, 2025.
