Toronto: So, the Raptors finally broke their losing streak! They took down the Nets 130-113, thanks to Scottie Barnes, who was on fire with 33 points and 13 rebounds. It was a much-needed win after losing 11 games in a row.
Immanuel Quickley made a big impact too, scoring 21 points and dishing out 15 assists. This was only his fourth game back after being sidelined for a while with an elbow injury. Talk about a comeback!
Gradey Dick and Ochai Agbaji also chipped in with 22 and 14 points, respectively. The Raptors really needed this win after that embarrassing 54-point loss to the Celtics just a few days ago.
On the Nets’ side, Cam Johnson led the way with 24 points, and D’Angelo Russell added 22 in his return to Brooklyn. But it wasn’t enough, as they’ve now lost three straight games and 11 out of their last 14.
It was a tough night for Brooklyn, especially for Ben Simmons, who only managed to score two points. He struggled early on, missing his first five shots before finally getting on the board.
Next up, the Nets will head to Milwaukee, while the Raptors will host Orlando. Let’s see if Toronto can keep the momentum going!
