Horsham: A 19-year-old named Cameron Finnigan is in serious trouble. He’s facing jail time for some really disturbing stuff. This guy, who got involved with a neo-Nazi satanic group, was encouraging girls to harm themselves.
He joined this extremist group called 764 in late 2023. During his time there, he told one girl to hang herself on video, which he wanted to share with the group. That’s just chilling, right?
Finnigan was arrested in March 2024 and has pleaded guilty to several charges. These include encouraging suicide online and having indecent images of children. He appeared in court recently, and the judge is set to decide his fate soon.
It turns out Finnigan, who has autism, lived with his adoptive family in Horsham. He got involved with this group around October or November last year. The group has some pretty nasty connections to other extremist organizations.
In court, it was revealed that he communicated with other members through apps like Telegram and Discord. He even had a username that was pretty alarming. He was chatting with a girl who mentioned she was thinking about suicide, and he pushed her to go through with it.
There were also discussions in the group about something they called “Terror Week,” where they encouraged each other to commit crimes. Finnigan even talked about wanting to kill a homeless person he spotted near his home.
While police didn’t find any evidence of him trying to carry out that threat, they did find some pretty disturbing stuff in his home. There were satanic symbols, knives, and even indecent images of children on his devices.
He filmed himself vandalizing a car and had a lot of violent material linked to his group. The judge will be making a decision on his sentence soon, and it’s hard to imagine what that might be.
