Last month, he was on fire, averaging 23.2 points and 14.6 rebounds over 14 games. The Knicks went 12-2, finishing the year strong with an eight-game winning streak. They kicked off 2025 with another win, making it nine in a row!
At 29, Towns is having a fantastic season after moving from the Minnesota Timberwolves. He’s averaging 24.9 points, which is his best since 2019-20, plus a career-high 13.7 rebounds. His shooting stats are also impressive, hitting 54.8% from the field and 44% from three-point range.
He’s really meshing well with the team, especially with Jalen Brunson. They’re creating some serious problems for other teams. It’s exciting to see how well they’re playing together!
