Staffordshire: A murder investigation is in full swing after a man in his 30s was found dead at a home on Christmas Day. It’s a shocking situation for the village.
Police got the call just before 3:30 AM, saying a man had suffered a cardiac arrest. Sadly, he was pronounced dead right there at the scene.
Detectives are now questioning a 33-year-old woman in connection with his death. She’s from Cannock and has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
According to a police spokesperson, the scene is still active, and they’ll be there for several days as they gather evidence.
The man’s family has been notified and is receiving support from specially trained officers. It’s a tough time for them.
