Nerul: So, the Vanjari community in Navi Mumbai is pretty upset right now. They filed a complaint with the Nerul Police against Manoj Jarange, a Maratha quota activist. Apparently, he made some derogatory comments about Minister Dhananjay Munde and his community.

Lots of community members showed up at the police station to voice their anger. They believe Jarange’s comments were not just offensive but also aimed at causing division among Hindus.

These remarks were allegedly made back on January 4. One community member, Bhagwan Dhakane, said that Jarange’s comments were meant to tarnish the reputation of a public figure and could even endanger lives.

The complaint mentions that Jarange linked the minister to a murder case, which the community feels is disrespectful and could disrupt social harmony. They want justice for the murder case too, but they think Jarange’s statements were reckless and inflammatory.

Now, the police have been asked to look into this and take appropriate legal action against him. It’s a serious situation, and the community is hoping for a fair investigation.
