Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Serious Salford Crash Shuts Road
A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash in Salford, prompting emergency services to close the road for investigations

Salford: A motorcyclist had a rough day after a crash left him with serious injuries. It all went down on Littleton Road at the Hillside Avenue junction on a Monday afternoon.
The police reported that a Ford Fiesta and a KTM motorbike collided around 4:30 PM. The rider, a guy in his 30s, was taken to the hospital with some serious injuries.
As for the driver of the Fiesta, they’re cooperating with the police. Littleton Road was closed off in both directions near Riverbank Park and Salford Sports Village while they sorted things out.
After gathering evidence and checking things out, the police managed to reopen the road. Photos from the scene showed officers looking over the motorbike.
There was debris scattered all over the place, and a cordon was set up. If anyone saw what happened or has video footage, the police would love to hear from you.
