Moped Deliberately Set on Fire in Bedminster Sparks Emergency Response
A moped was intentionally ignited in Bedminster, prompting a swift response from emergency services.

Bedminster: A moped was set on fire in south Bristol. This happened on Monday, February 3. Emergency services rushed to Oakhill Drive after reports of a vehicle fire.
Firefighters arrived around 7:30 PM. They found the moped fully engulfed in flames. Crews from Temple used a high-pressure hose to put out the fire.
According to Avon Fire and Rescue, the fire was likely started on purpose. Avon and Somerset Police also responded to the scene that evening.
A spokesperson from the fire service confirmed the details. They said crews were called at 7:37 PM to Oakhill Drive for a vehicle fire.
On social media, Joe Iles, a local police sergeant, updated the public. He mentioned officers were on the scene with Avon Fire Rescue at 8:04 PM.
