Green Bay: The Saints had a rough night on Monday. They became the first team this season to get shut out in the NFL.

The Packers really dominated, winning 34-0. It was a big deal since the NFL had gone 15 weeks without a shutout. Now, the Packers are 11-4 and heading to the playoffs, while the Saints are struggling at 5-10.

Without their starting quarterback, Derek Carr, and key players like Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave, the Saints were in deep trouble. Rookie Spencer Rattler stepped in but had a tough time. He threw to some lesser-known receivers and handed off to a mix of running backs.

It was clear from the start that this game was going to be one-sided.

The Packers outperformed the Saints, racking up 404 yards to New Orleans’ 196. Rattler struggled, completing 12 of 23 passes for 135 yards, with one interception and a fumble. The Saints had a few chances to score but couldn’t capitalize.

Green Bay jumped ahead quickly, scoring touchdowns on their first three drives. By halftime, they were up 21-0. In the second half, Brandon McManus kicked two field goals, extending the lead to 27-0.

Jordan Love had a solid game, going 16-of-28 for 182 yards and a touchdown before leaving in the fourth quarter. Malik Willis came in and helped the Packers score another touchdown.

The Packers’ running game was impressive, with nine players getting carries and a total of 188 rushing yards. Chris Brooks, Josh Jacobs, and Emanuel Wilson all found the end zone.

Dontayvion Wicks kicked things off with a 2-yard touchdown catch from Love, and Jacobs had a good night with 69 yards on 13 carries, plus four catches for 38 yards.
