Hull: Get ready, folks! Mobile speed cameras are hitting the roads in Hull and East Yorkshire this week. They’ll be out and about from January 13 to 19, keeping an eye on speeders.

You can check out the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website. It shows where the cameras are likely to be, but keep in mind that not every spot will be listed. Officers might pop up in other areas too.

Humberside Police, working with Safer Roads Humber, can enforce speed limits anywhere, anytime. So, it’s best to keep your speed in check!

Here’s where the cameras will be stationed in East Yorkshire:

  • MON Jan 13: Magdalen Lane – Hedon
  • TUE Jan 14: Marfleet Lane – Hull
  • WED Jan 15: B1253 Sledmere
  • THU Jan 16: Quay Road/St John’s Street – Bridlington
  • FRI Jan 17: A166 Clay Hill between Brickyard Farm and Garrowby Hill
  • SAT Jan 18: Various sites across the region
  • SUN Jan 19: Various sites across the region
