London: So, there’s been a pretty alarming situation at a bar in Parliament. The police are on it after someone reported their drink being spiked.

This all went down on January 7, around 6:30 PM, in the Palace of Westminster. A woman noticed something was off with her drink and quickly alerted the security team.

According to reports, the staff at the Strangers’ Bar took her seriously, and now the Metropolitan Police are investigating. They’ve confirmed they’re treating this matter very seriously.

A spokesperson from the police mentioned that they’re supporting the victim and looking into the details. So far, no arrests have been made.

It’s a big deal, especially with the ongoing concerns about safety in Parliament. The FDA union has called for immediate action to prevent this from happening again.

Mike Clancy from the Prospect trade union also expressed his worries, emphasizing the need for a safe environment for everyone working there.
