Bristol: The Met Office has put out a yellow weather warning for fog that’s set to last 15 hours. It kicks in at 8 PM tonight and runs until 11 AM tomorrow. So, if you’re traveling, be ready for some tricky conditions.

They’re saying the fog could really slow things down on the roads and railways. There’s even a chance that flights might get delayed or canceled. So, keep that in mind if you’re heading out.

Tonight, some areas will see fog rolling in, and it could get pretty dense, with visibility dropping below 100 meters. That’s not great for driving, so stay alert.

While some fog might lift by 6 AM, parts of southwest England could still be stuck in it. The warning covers places like Bristol, Gloucestershire, North Somerset, and Devon.

And don’t forget, it’s going to be chilly too, with highs around 8°C and lows dipping to 3°C. So, frost is a possibility overnight.

When the fog hits, driving can get a bit dicey. It’s tough to see, but there are a few tips to help you stay safe. Make sure you know how to use your fog lights before you head out, and keep a safe distance from the car in front of you.

Be ready for sudden patches of fog, and always check your mirrors. If visibility drops below 100 meters, switch on those fog lights. Just remember, don’t use full beam since it can reflect back at you.

Once the fog clears, turn off your fog lights to avoid blinding other drivers.

As for the weather forecast, tonight will start clear but expect mist and fog to roll in after midnight. It’ll be colder than last night, with a low of 3°C.

Tomorrow looks mainly cloudy with a chance of fog in the morning. It should stay dry, with a high of around 10°C.

Looking ahead to the weekend, expect more cloudy weather with a few brighter spots. It’ll be chilly, and there’s a chance of some rain on Sunday.
