Dallas: So, Luka Dončić had to leave the game against the Timberwolves because of a calf injury. It was a tough loss for the Mavericks, and now he’s out for at least a month.

During the game, Luka was making a move when he suddenly stopped and passed the ball. You could see he was in pain, and he started limping right away. It was pretty rough to watch.

He managed to walk off the court, but he was limping a lot. The team decided to rule him out at halftime, and it’s a bummer because he was already dealing with a calf strain from earlier this season.

ESPN reported that he’ll be re-evaluated in a month. Before he got hurt, he had 14 points and five rebounds in just 16 minutes of play. He was shooting well, too, hitting three 3-pointers.

The Timberwolves took control in the second quarter, leading by 17 at halftime. The Mavericks made a strong push in the final period, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win.

In Luka’s absence, Kyrie Irving stepped up, scoring 39 points. The Mavericks are set to face the Phoenix Suns next, starting a tough road trip. Let’s hope Luka heals up quickly!
