Manchester United star could be key to Nuno Mendes transfer deal to fix Ruben Amorim flaw

Manchester: So, it looks like Alejandro Garnacho could be the key to Manchester United snagging Nuno Mendes from PSG. This move might really help the team under Ruben Amorim.

Right now, the squad isn’t quite fitting the style Amorim wants. Sure, there were some bright spots in the win against Manchester City and the draw with Liverpool, but overall, it’s been a bit rough.

One area that definitely needs some work is the wing-back position. Nuno Mendes has been mentioned a lot, and he seems like a perfect fit for Amorim’s 3-4-3 setup.

From what I hear, United isn’t actively chasing Mendes this month. He played under Amorim at Sporting, so there’s a connection there.

They’re likely looking for a left-back in the summer, but Mendes is a regular starter for PSG and has a contract until 2026, which complicates things.
