Rochford: So, there’s this guy, Jack Bolton-Poole, who really didn’t get the memo about staying off the internet. He was banned from using it but still managed to stalk a woman online. Crazy, right?

Instead of going to prison, he got hit with an interim stalking protection order. This all went down at Basildon Magistrates’ Court. The police had been investigating him for a while, and it turns out he was pretty relentless.

Jack, who’s just 23, was accused of harassing his victim through social media. He even went as far as creating fake profiles to keep bothering her. Talk about dedication to being a nuisance!

He had already faced charges before, including stalking and disclosing private images. Back in October, he got a two-year suspended sentence, but it seems he didn’t learn his lesson.

On top of that, he was banned from social media for six months and had to complete 60 days of rehabilitation. The court also slapped him with four restraining orders, each lasting ten years. That’s some serious business!

Detective Constable Chris Horton made it clear that this kind of behavior is unacceptable. He emphasized how much harm stalking can cause and that they’re committed to keeping women safe online.

It’s wild how some people just don’t get it. Let’s hope this guy finally understands the consequences of his actions.
