Man Found Unconscious in Street After Brutal New Year’s Eve Attack

Poulton-le-Fylde: A man was found lying in the street, unconscious and badly hurt after a nasty attack on New Year’s Eve. It’s pretty shocking, right?
This all went down just before 10 PM at the corner of Lune View and Lancaster Road. Emergency services rushed to the scene when they got the call. The guy, who’s in his 20s, had some serious head injuries.
He was taken to the hospital and is still there, getting treated. Meanwhile, a 20-year-old from Blackpool has been arrested on suspicion of wounding and is out on bail while the police look into it.
Now, the police are asking anyone who saw what happened or knows anything to step up. They really want to get to the bottom of this.
A spokesperson for the police said they’re eager for any info. They were called around 9:53 PM on New Year’s Eve about a man found unconscious. It’s a serious situation, and they need help.
