Roby: So, get this! A police dog named Ike was on the case early this morning. He chased a suspected burglar through the snow. Can you imagine that scene?
Merseyside Police got a call around 3:30 AM about two guys breaking into cars on Sheppard Avenue. Officers showed up, and Ike went right to work.
As they chased the suspect, they found a bank card hidden under a plank of wood. Turns out, it was stolen from a vehicle. Talk about a lucky break!
But Ike wasn’t done yet. He kept tracking and led the officers to a garden on Sandbrook Road. There, they found a 34-year-old man from Kensington. He was arrested for two counts of theft and vehicle interference.
Now, he’s in custody, and it looks like Ike did a fantastic job. Just another day in the life of a police dog!
