Man Banned from Parts of Colchester and Prohibited from Contacting Two Women
A Colchester man faces strict orders to stay away from two women and avoid contact, or risk imprisonment for violations.

Colchester: So, there’s this guy, Kieran Hibble, who’s been told he can’t contact two women anymore. If he does, he could end up in prison. He’s got this interim stalking prevention order against him to keep the women safe.
At just 27, Hibble has to stick to this order until July while they figure out if he’ll get a full stalking prevention order. Basically, he can’t go near the women or even talk to them.
He’s also not allowed to use any vehicle to bother them or make a lot of noise. Plus, he can’t mention them on social media or create fake accounts. On top of that, he’s banned from certain areas in Colchester, like St John’s and Shrub End.
And get this: he has to let the police check his social media and devices whenever they want. They’re going to keep a close eye on him to make sure he follows all these rules.
If he breaks any of these conditions, he could face up to five years in prison. Sergeant Sonia Mirrington-French from the local domestic abuse team said this order is all about protecting the women. She assured everyone that they’ll be keeping a tight grip on him.
She emphasized that women shouldn’t have to deal with Hibble’s behavior, and they’re committed to making sure they don’t have to anymore. It’s a serious situation, and they’re on it.
