Man Arrested in Connection with Last Summer’s Violent Disorder
A 40-year-old man from Walton has been arrested for violent disorder and drug offenses

He was picked up on County Road, where things got pretty wild last year. Along with the violent disorder charge, he’s also in hot water for having class A and class B drugs on him. Right now, he’s out on conditional bail while the police dig deeper into the case.
So far, the police have made a total of 166 arrests related to this incident. Out of those, 125 people have been charged, and 99 have already been sentenced, racking up nearly 200 years behind bars. Detective Inspector Paula Jones mentioned that they’re still sifting through a lot of evidence from those chaotic summer days.
