Basingstoke: Early on New Year’s Day, a man and a woman were attacked on Wessex Close, close to Culver Road. It was around 12:30 AM when the incident occurred.
The man, in his 20s, ended up with a serious shoulder injury. The woman also got hurt, suffering injuries to her jaw, nose, and teeth. It sounds pretty rough.
Police are really hoping someone saw something. They want anyone who was around that area at the time to come forward.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Constabulary said they’re looking for witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage that might help. They’re eager to gather any information.
