Ewa Beach: A 47-year-old guy named Blane Ornellas Apostadiro just got indicted. He’s in some serious trouble for allegedly selling meth and fentanyl. To make things worse, he reportedly shot at police while doing it.

The feds say he was driving a stolen car when officers spotted him. He ditched the car and took off on foot. During the chase, he allegedly fired a gun, which led to police returning fire. It sounds like a wild scene.

When they caught him, they found a stash of drugs, a loaded ghost gun, and some other stuff that raised a lot of red flags. Apostadiro has a pretty long rap sheet with 35 prior convictions, including some pretty serious felonies.

He’s pleaded not guilty and is set to go to trial soon. If he’s found guilty, he could be looking at life in prison. The authorities are really cracking down on this kind of stuff, especially with the dangers of fentanyl and ghost guns out there. It’s a big deal for public safety, and they’re not taking it lightly.
