Wimbledon: So, there’s been quite a serious incident in south London. A journalist named Pouria Zeraati was stabbed outside his home. It happened on March 29 when he was just getting to his car.

Now, the police have arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with this. They think he might have been involved in planning the attack. He was picked up in Cricklewood and is currently out on bail.

Detectives are still digging into the case. They’ve searched a few places in Cricklewood and Finchley, trying to gather more evidence. It’s a bit of a tangled web, really.

Before this, two Romanian guys were already in trouble for this incident. They were extradited from Romania and are facing serious charges. They’re set to appear in court soon.

Pouria, who works for a broadcaster that’s critical of the Iranian regime, didn’t let the attack keep him down. He was back on air just a week later, saying, “the show must go on.”

It’s a tough situation, especially since the Iranian government has labeled his channel as a terrorist organization. After the stabbing, police said the attackers fled in a car, which was later found abandoned.
