Firefighters arrived early in the morning, around 5:56 AM, and West Midlands Police were also on the scene. They found the poor pup had been stuck in the freezing cold overnight.

Luckily, the dog was rescued and taken care of by the police. They even used dog catcher poles to safely lead the dog into a van.

It turns out the car was reported stolen, and police are asking anyone with information to reach out. They want to get to the bottom of this situation.

A spokesperson mentioned they received a call about the crash and found the abandoned vehicle with the dog inside. They’re urging anyone who knows something to contact them through their website or call 101.

Aston Fire Station shared on social media that their team responded to the crash. They emphasized the importance of not leaving pets in extreme weather and reminded everyone to drive safely.
