Inverness: Big news in the Highlands! Andrew Benjamin, who has been the fundraising manager at Maggie’s Highlands, is moving on to a new adventure with Inverness Caledonian Thistle Football Club.

He’s been with Maggie’s for ten years, helping out at their centre in Inverness. It’s a big change for him, but he’s excited about it.

On his LinkedIn, Andrew shared that he’s stepping away from the charity to dive into the football world. He’ll be the new commercial business manager at Caley Thistle.

He expressed his gratitude for the time spent at Maggie’s, saying it was a privilege to support people affected by cancer. He’s proud of what he and his team achieved over the years.

Andrew is looking forward to this new role, seeing it as a chance to use his skills in a different way and make a positive impact in the local football scene.

Caley Thistle is currently facing some challenges, being in administration due to financial issues. But there’s hope as they work on community engagement and improving facilities.

It’s an exciting time for Andrew, and everyone’s wishing him the best in this new chapter!
