Winchester: So, the latest planning decisions are in, and it looks like everything’s moving along smoothly. No applications were turned down or pulled back, which is great news!

In Bishop’s Waltham, they’ve given the green light for a pre-fab timber building in the garden of Garden House on Bank Street. Sounds like a cozy addition!

Over in Colden Common, they approved a single-storey rear extension and some side extensions at The Swallows on Portsmouth Road. That’ll definitely add some space.

Also, they’ve allowed the demolition of a conservatory at 42 Spring Lane, with plans for a new single-storey extension. Fresh starts are always nice!

In Denmead, a two-storey rear extension at Avalon on Southwick Road got the thumbs up. More room for activities, I guess!

Durley is getting a new hydrotherapy room at Appledown Barn, which sounds pretty cool. It’s a single-storey timber frame, so it should fit right in.

Micheldever is also in on the action with a single-storey rear extension and some front work at Rosekerry on Overton Road. They’re really sprucing things up!

Shedfield is replacing the conservatory roof and frames at Frith House on Hospital Road. A little upgrade never hurt anyone!

Whiteley is getting a dormer on the rear roof slope of 8 Johnson View. That should add some character to the place.

And in Winchester, they’ve approved a single-storey extension at 16 Milverton Road. Plus, there’s new glazing and solar panels going in at 2 The Limes on Northbrook Avenue. Talk about going green!

Lastly, they’re installing rainwater goods and drainage at War Memorial Cloisters in Winchester College. It’s all about keeping things dry and tidy!
