A gluten-free bakery wants to expand its factory. Ultrapharm plans a single-storey rear extension at Mamhilad Technology Park, Pontypool.

The extension will cover 120 square metres of greenfield land and match the current design.

It will use Goosewing Grey cladding, new UPVC windows, and a matching roof.

Three roller doors with electric openers and fire exit doors will also be included.

Home Renovations in Pontypool

A local man is planning major renovations at his home. Dan Robinson from New Inn wants to enhance his property significantly.

His plans include a loft conversion, a rear extension, and a garage extension.

He also aims to reconfigure the ground floor and add parking space in front.

New Signage at Tesco Store

Tesco has submitted plans for new signs at a local store. They want to install various advertisements at their Cwmbran location.

The plans include illuminated and non-illuminated signs featuring the Tesco logo.

They also plan to add vinyl around an ATM with clear signage.

Catering Van at Industrial Park
