San Francisco: So, the Lakers were playing the Warriors on Christmas, and things took a turn when Anthony Davis rolled his ankle. It happened in the first quarter while he was going for a rebound. He didn’t even bump into anyone, but he went down hard, grabbing his ankle in pain.
He tried to tough it out for a bit, but you could see he was limping around. After a timeout, he walked off straight to the locker room. The team initially said he was questionable to return, but later ruled him out in the third quarter.
Davis ended the game with just two rebounds and no points, which is a bummer since he usually averages over 26 points a game. Despite losing him, the Lakers managed to lead at halftime, thanks to LeBron James, who scored 19 points. It was a wild game, but losing Davis is definitely a concern for the team.
