Orlando: The Knicks are on fire! They just snagged their sixth win in a row, taking down the Magic 108-85. Their defense really stepped up in the second half.
At the start, the Magic’s Jalen Suggs was on fire, scoring the first 11 points. The Knicks fell behind early, but they didn’t panic. They kept it close and ended the first quarter down by just three.
In the second quarter, the Knicks’ bench surprised everyone. Miles McBride and Landry Shamet helped push the team ahead, and they went into halftime tied at 54.
But the real story was the third quarter. The Knicks’ defense clamped down, allowing only 14 points. Josh Hart was everywhere, racking up a double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds.
In the fourth, the Knicks continued to dominate, holding the Magic to just 17 points. Orlando struggled, shooting only 37% from the field. The Knicks didn’t rely on three-pointers much, but Jalen Brunson led the way with 26 points.
Game MVP? Definitely Josh Hart. He had a season-high 23 points and was a key player throughout the game.
Next up, the Knicks face the Washington Wizards tomorrow night. It’s going to be another exciting matchup!
