New York: The Knicks are on fire! They just snagged their ninth win in a row, taking down the Utah Jazz 119-103. Can you believe it? Even with some injuries, they pulled it off.
Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns were the stars of the night. Towns made history, becoming only the third player in Knicks history to score at least 30 points and grab 10 rebounds in three straight games. That’s some serious talent!
It’s worth noting that the Knicks were without their main guy, Jalen Brunson, who was out with a calf issue. Miles McBride also missed the game due to a tight hamstring. But they didn’t let that stop them.
The Jazz started strong, jumping to an 18-8 lead, but they couldn’t keep it up and ended up losing their fifth game in a row. Ouch! Their record now stands at 7-25.
In other games, Nikola Jokic had a triple-double for the Denver Nuggets, and the Detroit Pistons won, but not without some drama. Jaden Ivey got hurt, and it looked pretty serious. His teammates were really shaken up when he had to leave on a stretcher.
Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors finally broke their losing streak, and the New Orleans Pelicans just can’t catch a break, losing again. The Wizards and Kings also had solid wins. It’s been an exciting night in the NBA!
