San Francisco: So, you heard about that rant from Steve Kerr, right? After the Warriors lost to the Rockets, he really let the refs have it. It was all over social media!

But just a few days later, he’s backtracking. He admitted he was embarrassed about what he said. You know how it goes—emotions run high during games, and sometimes you just say things you don’t mean.

His outburst came after a controversial call in the final seconds of the game. The Warriors were up by one when a loose ball situation turned into a foul against Jonathan Kuminga. The Rockets got free throws and ended up winning. Talk about a tough break!

Kerr was really upset about that call. He felt it was a game-changer and even said it was a call that an elementary-school ref wouldn’t make. Ouch! He was clearly frustrated, but he later acknowledged that he shouldn’t have singled out the ref, Bill Kennedy, who’s been around for ages.

He said he respects Kennedy and feels bad for what he said. It’s tough being a coach sometimes, especially when you feel like the game is slipping away due to a bad call. But Kerr knows he has to keep it cool, or he might end up getting fined by the league.

It’s not the first time he’s gone off on the refs this season, either. He’s got to watch himself, or he might find himself in hot water again. Let’s see how he handles it moving forward!
