Los Angeles: The Chargers and Broncos are in a tight race for the AFC wild card. After their recent win, Justin Herbert made it clear that every game feels like a playoff match now.
He mentioned that they’ve been talking about how crucial these December and January games are. They know what’s at stake, and they’ve been treating each game like it’s a playoff battle.
Herbert said, “It’s the environment, it’s the team — they’re obviously a very talented, incredible team — so for us to be able to pull away with one there, I thought it was awesome for us.”
Even with an ankle injury, he played well and felt good throughout the game. With the Chargers now at 9-6, they’re really close to securing a playoff spot.
