Washington: So, it looks like Jonathan Allen won’t be hitting the field this Sunday. He was back at practice, which was a nice surprise, but he’s still on injured reserve.

Coach Dan Quinn mentioned in his press conference that Allen won’t be playing against the Eagles. He’s been dealing with a torn pectoral, and honestly, it’s a bummer since we thought his season was done.

The Commanders have a shot at clinching a playoff spot this weekend if they win and a few other teams lose. If not, they’ll get another chance against the Falcons next week.

On a brighter note, it seems like no other players are out for this game. Tight end Zach Ertz and safety Jeremy Chinn are both working to get cleared from concussion protocol in time to play.
