Inverness: So, it turns out that Inverness Airport has been having a bit of a rough time lately. Their cafes can only take cash payments for two days now.

Passengers are being told to bring cash if they want to grab a drink or a snack. The Stag and Thistle cafes, which are right by security, are the ones affected.

They first posted about the issue on social media, letting everyone know that card payments were down. And guess what? The problem didn’t get fixed overnight.

A spokesperson mentioned that they’re working hard to sort it out, but for now, it’s cash only. There’s a cash machine at the airport, but just a heads up, there’s a fee for using it.

So, if you’re flying out of Inverness, make sure you’ve got some cash on hand if you want to eat or drink something before your flight. Fingers crossed they get it sorted soon!
