Sean Andrew Evans, 40, from Caerphilly, was fined £734 for using a handheld mobile phone while driving on January 24 last year. He got six penalty points on his record.
Daniel Ieuan Williams, 37, from Caerphilly, was fined £304 for speeding at 58mph in a 50mph zone on the M4 on February 20 last year. He also received three penalty points.
