London: Finding the right frying pan has been a real struggle for me. I’ve tried so many, starting with a cheap non-stick one back in my student days. Let’s just say, it didn’t end well.

Then I went through a bunch of sets that just didn’t last. I thought I hit the jackpot with a £30 sauté pan from M&S, but it started peeling after just a few days. Not cool, right? So, I turned to Amazon again, hoping for better luck.

That’s when I discovered the Ninja Zerostick Sauté Pan. I grabbed it for about £33.98. It’s a sauté pan, which means it has higher sides, so I don’t end up with food all over my stove. Plus, I’m all about non-stick; I just can’t deal with the hassle of cast iron.

This pan is a game changer! It’s super non-stick—water just beads up on it. I decided to test it out by making my favorite Korean fried rice. Usually, that dish can get messy, but not this time.

First, I fried some bacon until it was nice and crispy. With other pans, that would mean a sticky mess, but not with the Ninja. Everything slid right out without any scraping. Then I added onions, and they browned perfectly without sticking.

Next, I tossed in some cabbage and water, covered it, and waited for it to soften. I usually worry about water bubbling over, but the lid fit so well that it created a nice seal. No mess at all!

After adding the rice and bacon, I got a bit distracted by a show and forgot about it for 20 minutes. When I finally checked, everything was beautifully caramelized and not a bit burned. I was amazed!

Another thing I love? The handle design. With my old pans, water would pool in the handles after washing. But the Zerostick has a hollow handle, so no more water running down my arm. It’s also dishwasher safe, and the lid comes out dry every time.

And I’m not alone in loving this pan. It has a 4.7-star rating on Amazon from over 260 reviews. People are raving about it!

One reviewer said it’s the best sauté pan they’ve ever owned. They loved how lightweight yet sturdy it is, and the non-stick surface is fantastic. Another person mentioned how evenly it heats on their induction hob.

Sure, there are a few negative reviews, like one about the handle getting hot, but overall, the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. I’m sticking with my Ninja pan for sure, and I might even check out their air fryer next!

If you’re interested, you can find the Ninja Zerostick Sauté Pan on Amazon, Ninja’s website, or Very. There are other options out there, but I’m sold on this one.
