Louisville: Winter Storm Blair is already making its presence felt in the area. We’ve seen some snow, and there’s more on the way before it wraps up on Monday.

A lot of businesses have decided to close for the day, and several schools are calling it quits for Monday due to the weather. So, how much snow are we really looking at?

According to the National Weather Service, the Louisville Metro area is expected to get between 4 to 8 inches of snow on Sunday, with an additional 1 to 2 inches possible on Monday. Plus, we might see some ice accumulation overnight, around 0.3 to 0.5 inches.

Oldham County is in for 5 to 9 inches, while Bullitt County could see 4 to 9 inches. Elizabethtown is looking at 3 to 5 inches, and Bowling Green is expected to get less than an inch.

So, if you’re in the area, make sure to stay safe and keep an eye on the weather updates. It’s going to be a snowy couple of days ahead!
