San Francisco: So, the other night, Jake Moody had a rough time kicking for the 49ers against the Detroit Lions. He missed a 51-yard field goal, and it was caught on camera. George Kittle, being the great teammate he is, stepped in to lift Moody’s spirits.
Moody shared that Kittle came up to him, gave him a pat on the back, and asked if he believed in himself. Moody said he did, and Kittle responded with some solid encouragement. He reminded Moody that everyone trusts him and knows how hard he works. It was just what he needed after a tough game.
