In September, home prices in San Bernardino County jumped significantly, with the median sale price reaching $534,944, marking a notable increase from previous months.

The data comes from Realtor.com, which tracks sales through real estate deeds, so it takes a bit of time to get the numbers. Just a heads up, these figures don’t include homes currently on the market.
If you’re curious about the breakdown, single-family homes sold for a median of $530,000 in September, up 9.3% from $485,000 in August. Interestingly, 504 single-family homes sold for over $1 million last month, a big jump from just 137 in September 2023.
On the flip side, condominiums and townhomes saw a slight dip, with prices dropping 2.6% to a median of $559,000. But compared to last year, they’re still up a bit.
Overall, the number of recorded sales in the county rose by 10.5% from last year, totaling $3.6 billion in residential sales. It’s a busy time in the housing market, and it looks like prices are continuing to climb.
